Being a part of Lynn and Jim’s romantic summer wedding at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory in Fort Wayne, Indiana was one of the highlights of my summer. Their engagement session around downtown Fort Wayne was also a blast!
The intimate terrace and gardens at the Conservatory were the perfect backdrop for their Art Deco inspired wedding. Lynn and Jim are both so sweet and fun and their families are absolutely wonderful. The day was overflowing with love. What made it even more special is that it was also Lynn’s parents’ 35th wedding anniversary!
My eyes welled with tears as I listened to them read their personal vows to each other during their sun-kissed ceremony. Toward the end of the night, we were surprised with a beautiful fireworks display coming from Parkview Field. Everyone paused their dancing (and there was a lot of it that night!) to watch the sky light up for a few minutes.
The reception closed with Lynn and Jim’s guests forming a large circle around them as they danced to “Come and Get Your Love” by Redbone. This is one of my favorite songs and I will forever remember one of the best weddings I’ve had the honor of photographing now every time I hear it. For some added ambiance, listen to the song as you scroll through their gallery. 😉
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Marbach!

When Rachel reached out to me about their brief and intimate ceremony at the Embassy Theatre in downtown Fort Wayne, I was thrilled I was available. It was a cold and blustery evening with heavy traffic and construction, but that didn’t phase anyone. The room was full of love and light and I am so happy I had the honor of documenting these beautiful moments for such a sweet couple and their families.
Congratulations, Rachel + Brian!

Victoria and Mike were married in an intimate destination ceremony earlier in the year; however, their romantic wedding took place at the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana with their close friends and family at their sides. The gorgeous evening light in late fall provided the perfect ambiance for their day.
The day was full of love and laughter and I was honored to document it. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special day.
Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Reynolds! <3

Ashlie + Austin had an intimate beach ceremony and then came back home to Indiana for their reception.
We barely finished family portraits and made it indoors before a big storm rolled through. The rain didn’t stop anyone from dancing the night away though!
Congrats, you two! <3
